Exercise Time!!

Sorry it has been a while, but a lot of things have decided to appear in my new lifestyle. After moving to college I have accustomed some good but mostly lazy habits.
One of these changes I only made near the end of college, this being the decision to finally start doing some physical exercise. I started doing them after many conversations starting with Mum saying 'your legs look good, but they would look better if you did some squats'. So at last I motivated myself to do some. Incorporating push ups and sit ups into the squats equation each day, normally before having my morning shower. I would do one set of each alternating push ups and sit ups every second day. I was then informed that doing a set three times (or reps) would be more appropriate to get results. The first time would be a warm up, the second would be the work out and finally the last rep would be to cool down. I took this on board and started getting results. When I returned home one of my friends invited me to attend 'bootcamp' which is a circuit held twice a week at a local Gym. I now have been attending it weekly and sometimes doing my own exercises at home most days. Now addicted to exercise, the results come soon afterwards.
I now feel more satisfied with my own image, and fit into my clothes with more comfort and also am able to be seated for longer periods of time without feeling discomfort.
I strongly encourage anyone else who has been giving exercise a small thought to just do it, because you will not regret it, you will only receive positive results.
